Management Structure

Dr. Juzer Lamuwalla, a Veterinarian by profession. Dr. Juzer graduated from the University of Agriculture and Sciences, Bangalore, India in 1979. Soon after his graduation he returned to his hometown of Mombasa, Kenya and gained his Veterinary License to practice in Kenya in 1980.

He carried out various roles as a Veterinarian but it was when he worked for Ashford Laboratories Kenya Limited that he discovered his true passion for the manufacturing business. He decided to branch out on his own and open his own manufacturing line, seeing a gap in the market for cosmetics he decided to try his hand at a cosmetic line called ‘Legend’, which is originally where the name Aesthetics Limited came from.

He ran this line for 2 years and in 1988 decided to return to his roots where his true passion lay and there was born Aesthetics Limited, a Pharmaceutical and Agro Chemical Manufacturing Company. Dr. Juzer developed his own lines, with the first product created being called Skazone, which later went on to be the first flagship product of Aesthetics.
